Recruiter Tips
Technical Interview
  • Describe your technical skills (such as Big Data, AI, and Machine Learning) in detail and mention your interest in specific technical roles like Java Architect, Machine Learning Engineer, and so on
  • Before the interview, make sure you're fully prepared for the Technical Insights discussion
  • Check to see if any Technical Tests (such as HackerEarth test) have been completed
  • Prepare for Coding/Technical Scenario based questions/project/product details
  • Ensure that any relevant Technical Certifications (such as AWS Certified Architect/Developer, Advanced SQL for Data Scientists, PMP/CSM, etc.) are mentioned
  • Give specific examples of how you converted project challenges to project success
  • Listen intently during the interview and seek clarity on the role's expectations
  • Assess your ability to confidently integrate with the role's demands and confirm accordingly
Behavioral Interview
  • While you speak about your overall profile and portfolio, talk about your accomplished goals, qualifications, and challenges that shaped you
  • Talk strategically about how your expertise will help the company achieve its goals
  • Share examples of your past work or projects where you executed against odds. Hint: STAR method
  • Show the interviewer how willing you are to learn on the job in order to attain mutually agreed-upon objectives
  • Don’t hesitate to share your new ideas
  • Be highly co-operative and flexible throughout the interview process
  • Allow the interviewer to address your doubts/questions regarding the role, organization, industry, work aspects, internal processes, growth plans, successes, and challenges
