Independently manage Healthcare business consulting/business analysis/ requirements/ specification assignments
Work closely with the Business Analyst and Big Data Team and provide inputs to document business requirements
Support the creation of statement of work content, as requested, for assigned projects, ensuring scope, deliverables, assumptions, risks and resource needs are clearly defined;
Leverage industry and domain knowledge to drive delivery excellence (best practices, quality principles, best in class technology and tools, productivity, analytics)
Drive growth, create GTM and work with Sales team for different geos.
Provide support to sales team in opportunity pursuit by participating in business and sales strategy planning and execution
Work with multiple stakeholders e.g. delivery leads, account management, clients and operational excellence teams
Facilitate the big data teams to build business friendly applications which will enable the business team to take business decisions by leveraging the technology.
Engage directly with Clients (Senior Executives, Business and Technical Users); Effectively engages with decision-maker level contacts in assigned project organizations;
Provide Business solutions and where required, business consulting
Provide inputs and facilitate in the UAT phase to ensure the system or application is built as per the requirements
Participates in reviews and provides inputs to develop test cases
Participate in functional testing and signoff if the project deliverables are as per the business requirements
Provide pre and post-sales support (RFI/RFP/RFQ/Customer demos/Solution presentation etc)
Prepare and deliver thought leadership assets like white papers, research papers
Support insurance practice related initiatives
Maintain contact and communication with all project team members and other participants to ensure conformance with requirements of each project(s) and client user expectations;
Support solution testing and documentation activities as needed;
Provide training, internal and external (client), relative to solutions and implementation procedures;
Implement strong program management practices (change requests, issue management, risk management and decision tracking) and contributes to standard client implementation methodologies and management best practices;
Promote organizational improvement efforts through the development of/enhancement to standard HiLabs product development processes, policies and procedures;
Constantly keep updating on Healthcare Information Technology concepts, trends and industry changes
Actively participate in meetings with company leadership as well as with client leaders and staff in refining healthcare and technology improvement processes and tools
Degree in Health Administration or related discipline preferred; Master’s Degree preferred;
Experience preferably within the healthcare domain, having worked with a software company providing solutions to healthcare clients; worked with payers and providers
High degree of computer literacy
Possesses a solid understanding of Healthcare practices and regulatory compliance
