Responsibilities:

• The AI Product Delivery Manager will deal with complex systems designed to power advanced AI/ML algorithm that solve extraordinarily challenging problems
• You will work with rapidly evolving technologies and internal technology platform teams to define and deliver unique solutions.
• You will be a jack of all trades, responsible for coordinating team activities with customers and internal teams, shipping and driving high-performing products and services, and discovering ways in which to improve our product through close customer interactions. This is a highly critical role with visibility across the company and significant growth potential.
• This role will have an emphasis on the delivery of AI products, tracking and mitigating risks, communications with senior leaders on any gaps or delays and ensuring excellent product fit with our esteemed customers. As we design products that make the best use of machine learning approaches, we need to develop methods for assessing feasibility and ensuring strategic alignment. This role will focus on delivering novel, best-in-class, yet practical AI/ML solution methods to refine dirty data in healthcare.
• As part of our strong collaborative culture and fast paced work environment, we believe work from our offices (Washington DC area) is a must. Without close coordination and teamwork from all areas including data science, product, and delivery we cannot create our best-in-class products and retain our significant technology and product competitive advantages.

Desired Profile:

• Degree from top tech engineering colleges and/or MBA from a top business school preferred (examples - MIT, CMU, IIT or similar)
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Strong Architecting/Engineering background with excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Experience in delivering complex products-based projects for a fast-growing/early-stage tech firm
• Familiarity with software product management and delivery cycles
• Proven ability to influence, communicate and negotiate with all levels of management across functional and business unit boundaries
• Proven ability to understand process improvement and change management issues associated with the lifecycle of project delivery programs
